To honor this, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Appointments adjusted within 24 hours will incur a 25% fee, and same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we approach every situation with compassion. At the same time, this policy allows us to maintain the integrity of our space and the level of care we provide to each guest.
